Owning a business myself, I never give less than five starts as I don't want to be the guy who detracts from another's livelihood and I rarely write something. In this particular case, the food necessitates some praises. I have traveled for three decades in my work and have eaten from HUNDREDS of different pizzerias. I can unequivocally state that the calzone so lovingly prepared by you folks was one of the best I have eaten. The seasoning on the perfectly baked crust was like falling into a soft bed of flavor. I asked for extra jalapeños and they not only delivered, but they also baked some on the top of the (did I mention, perfect crust). Normally when experiencing food this good, the sauce can never keep up and ends up detracting from the culinary delight like rusted rims on a Lexus. The marinara sauce paired perfectly and brought the calzone to a whole new level. But what really caused me to sit up and take notice was the green chili sauce. I had mistakenly thought it was something else when ordering and was politely corrected. Yet, still wanting some green chillies, I ordered it anyway. Adding that sauce to my calzone was like fresh guac on nachos. My compliments to the chef and thank you for making a meal I will remember and talk about for years to come.

The place was a zoo on New Year's Eve. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes more for an order set up for 6PM. However, I was kept informed on where my order was in the line and the counter guy even offered a free bottle of pop for my troubles which I declined. Service was great. The food was very good. My first visit won't be my last.
